which is the upgrading of the traditional particleboard products. its mechanical properties with directionality, durability, moisture resistance, and dimensional stability than ordinary particleboard.With a small expansion coefficient, no distortion, good stability, uniform material and nail holding high performance. Oriented strand board (OSB), also known as flakeboard, sterling board and appetite in British English, is a type of engineered wood similar to particle board, formed by adding adhesives and then compressing layers of wood strands (flakes) in specific orientations. It was invented by Armin Elmendorf in California in 1963.
OSB/2 – Load-bearing boards for use in dry conditions
OSB/3 – Load-bearing boards for use in humid conditions
OSB/4 – Heavy-duty load-bearing boards for use in humid conditions
Laminated with Melamine paper，UV paint Finish, Textile Fabric Finish
it can be directly veneer: the surface can be directly pasted with veneer, painted and pressed with melamine facing paper for decoration, matching various architectural styles;
Stable performance: high temperature and high pressure integrated molding, product stability, high physical performance
1) Tight construction and high strength;
2) Minimum twisting, delamination or warping;
3) Water proof, consistent when exposed in the natural or wet environment;
4) Low formaldehyde emission;
5) Good nailing strength, easy to be sawn, nailed, drilled, grooved, planed, filed or polished;
6) Good heat and sound resistant, easy to be coated;
7) OSB 3 is for use on flat roof situation, a far better product than standard chipboard or particleboard.

Fire Rated Plywood is an engineered wood product that's manufactured by thin layers of wood veneer glued together. There are different types of plywood for specific jobs. Exterior plywood uses waterproof glue for outdoor construction. Hardwood plywood, made from layered hardwood veneer, is used for its durability and attractive look in furniture. Plywood receives grades (ranging from A to D) based on the number of blemishes on the product.
MDF stands for medium-density fiberboard, which is an engineered wood composite made up of wood fibers. Because the MDF is composed of small wood fibers, there is no visible wood grain, rings, or knots. The making of the composite uses the fibers, glue, and heat to create a tight bonding board. Both softwood and hardwood are used to manufacture MDF. Generally denser than plywood, this composition creates a stronger material for building. We use a veneer sealant to prevent water damage. Two types of fiberboard are moisture resistant (which is typically blue) and fire retardant.
Particle board is a waste-wood product that's made by mixing sawdust with adhesives. Although it won't bow or warp like plywood, it can swell and become unstable when exposed to water. The main uses are for furniture, underlayment and as substrate for countertops. It can be milled with all power tools and has moderate tear-out. Laminate and veneer finishes are the most common. Particle board comes in 4-foot-by-8-foot panels; 1/2-inch- to 1-inch-thick pre-cut shelving boards come in various sizes.

Oriented strand board (OSB) is an engineered wood product that's made with flakes or large chips of wood. The panels are formed from layers glued together with their strands at 90-degree angles to one another. The cross-orientation of the layers adds strength to the panels and makes OSB well-suited for use as a structure board in sheathing and underlayment. It can be cut with all power saws but since it's a structure board, it's not suited to shaping, sanding or other milling operations.
While OSB is mainly used as an underlayment, paint and primer will adhere to it for projects that require finishing. OSB panels are 4-feet-by-8-feet in size with a thickness of 1/4 inch to 3/4 inches. It's also available in tongue and groove panels.
Due to its inherent fire resistance, gypsum board, commonly known as drywall is the premier building material for wall, ceiling, and partition systems in residential, institutional, and commercial structures. Designed to provide a monolithic surface when joints and fastener heads are covered with a joint treatment system, gypsum products also provide sound control, economy, versatility, quality, and convenience.
